Few days ago we took a road trip to Friðheimar farm. Such a unique place, growing tomatoes and serving tomato based meals. And giving tours and explaining the concept. We got the royal treatment with the owner himself guiding us around. Friðheimar is a growing from having 900 visitors in 2008 to 180000 last year. That alone tells a story!
